- to graciously accept capacity of uncertainty, knowing we will be changed by the process, not only the outcome.
- to include all our signals, especially when betwixt & between, and during the messy process of our "work"/"pilgrim's progress".
- to invite our human archetypal stories into a deeper relationship with Leadership and Musicianship.
