- To include all our signals, especially when betwixt & between, and during the messy process of our work
- Invite our common humanity into dialogue with ourselves and each other

- We are capable, competent, curious and courageous in co-creating a community of safety, meaning, belonging, voice and choice
- Discomfort, uncertainty, is a sign of growth - we lean in to our support systems to build capacity
