My purpose as an End of Life Doula is to provide non medical, compassionate care and support for the dying and their families.

I bring 250+ hours of Life Coaching, 20 years teaching experience at University of Calgary, performing in over 2500 classical music concerts, 45+ hours of Reiki practicum, 12 years of envisioning, nurturing, and administering an original, integrative and holistic flute retreat on the west coast of Canada.
I am not a medical, legal professional, or funeral director.

- weekly visits where stories are shared, I play my flute, provide Reiki, read outloud, meditate or sit in silence together.
- Life Coaching sessions
- I may run a few errands for you, organize meals, other visitors.
- Discern Advance Care Planning steps, create a vigil, legacy, service plan together. I serve as an advocate for your wishes.
- I offer Pet End of Life Support as well.

I am a Certified End of Life Doula (IAP Career College), Certified Life Coach (ILCT), Reiki Master (Usui Reiki Ryoho), life long learner, and wild wise woman with grown children and dogs. I am also a Sessional Instructor at the University of Calgary (music), Assistant Principal Flute/Piccolo with the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, recording artist and producer, with published articles in Canadian, US and British periodicals/magazines.
